Basketball Crossover Drill – Touching the Opposite Leg

Another one of basketball crossover drill which belong in the category of ball handling workout. This particular basketball drill is specific because demands quick hands and fast reactions.

Set your body in parallel basketball stand, relax your upper body and bend in your knees. Start dribble the ball from your right hand to left hand. When basketball leave your palm you need to touch the opposite leg as low as you can.

Move your upper body rhythmically from left to right following the ball. Those moves are your basketball crossover fake moves only here we are repeating them over and over. You should make 30 dribbling without losing the basketball. Pound the ball hard against the floor. Try to keep your head up and use your finger pads for controlling the ball. Set your palms towards each other in the direction of the moving basketball.
